  • How do I prepare for hot tub removal?

    We explain the process and what needs to be done before we remove your hot tub during the booking phone call or onsite consultation. Here is what must be done before your hot tub removal service. 

    1. Utilities must be disconnected and capped by your providers. 
    2. The hot tub must be drained. 
    3. Pets secured. 
    4. A path cleared to and from our vehicle to the hot tub’s location.
    5. Decor, furniture, and other items must be removed from the area (we can take care of that for you on demo day if needed)

    If we remove the hot tub without your presence, permission and access must be pre-arranged. We communicate with you throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction before we accept payment and leave.


  • Can you take pianos?

    We can remove old pianos and haul them away for donation or recycling. However, they must be on the main floor or in a garage, and our team cannot move pianos up or down stairs.

  • Do you provide cleaning services as part of your cleanouts?

    As a junk removal and hauling company, we sweep and tidy but do not deep clean our sanitize when we clean out a residential property. For that, you need the expertise of a local cleaning company.

  • Can you remove the carpets?

    We can remove carpets and flooring during a cleanout. Just let us know, and we’ll include that in your service and quote.
